3 slices bacon chopped
1 apple diced
1 lg onion diced
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
garlic powder
2 tsps curry powder
2 cups cooked shrimp or chicken meat about 1#
CONDIMENTS:
shredded coconut
bananas
cucumbers diced
raisins
hard boiled eggs chopped
crushed pineapple drained
bacon crisply cooked crumbled
peanuts
green onions chopped
Major Gray's chutney
Fry bacon till crisp. Remove & saute apple & onion till clear. Add soups and seasonings to taste. Mix well & heat till just bubbly. Add shrimp or cooked chicken and bacon.
Serve with rice and condiments.
